menstruation calendar programs?

Anyone know where I can get a menstruation calendar program for my computer? :o)

I'm not concerned with pregnancy and ovulation dates, but I don't mind if the calendar comes with it.

my girlfriend has a couple menstration tracker/calendar programs for her PDA. don't know of any specific programs for it for the PC, though. maybe a normal day tracker would work?
