the period from hell

ok, so it's been a week and three days since i started. and it shows no sign of slacking off. i've already gone through all my "feminine products," and have to go back out to the store today to pick up more. i was hoping my keeper would come in before i ran out, so i could give it a try. nothing yet, though. :( but the way this cycle is going, i'm sure it will get here before i'm done.

this is almost as bad as my first period after i had my son. no more depo for me!!

on another note, has anyone heard of the method called "extraction"? has anyone tried it? it sounds like a pretty drastic method to avoid cramps. then again, mine have never been severe (thank god). just curious!
