i've got them bad.. and i'm bleeding really heavily. I may go to my GYN or the hospital. I'm a hemopheliac and I have NEVER bled this badly before since I first got em when I was 13.

I'll just see how today goes.

just a follow up on my hand-made cloth pads - I now have a very amateur website and ordering system in place.

haha...funny. i'm a twenty-year-old woman and i've never tried tampons before. i've always been afraid of tss and of hurting the environment, and (gods know why, because i've been having sex for three years now) putting something up inside me. but i was looking through my toiletries drawer and found some of the applicator-less kind we got as free samples from the school. out of curiosity, i decided to try and see what one felt like, and....it felt fine. i'm wondering if i should be using these from now on...they're certainly smaller than pads, and more convenient, and as i'm going to be in europe for two months this summer, convenience is a good thing, especially because i will be backpacking and have limited space. so.

ladies, tell me what using tampons on a regular basis is like. it's silly to ask this, but is it really worth it? i'm sure some of you will say no, but i'm curious, because pads really are annoying.

Well, I'm in the hut.

I was supposed to be here around the 5th, so finally last night I got paranoid enough to take a pregnancy test, which was negative.

And then I was on the phone with my best friend bitching that it never came and suddenly, there it was.

It's funny in that way that things aren't actually funny.

*Hey Everyone!*
I was just wondering if anyone here is on the new type of birth control that is like the pill, but in a patch instead. If anyone could post their experiences with it, it would be really appreciated!!! I am also wondering, does it help with PMS at all, like the regular pills do? I'm thinking of switching over, but it's so new that I'm not too informed on it.
*Thanks!!*

the last time I took chasteberry, it induced my period. I had my period three days after I started taking it regularly. (twice a day.) it was completely off cycle.

I'd really like to get my period this week and get it over with because I have a wedding to go to next week and when I have my period, I can't get out of bed let alone celebrate the beginning of my best friend's wedding.

so do you think it would be bad if I took chasteberry and induced my period now? or do you have any other ideas on how to induce my period?

thanks

(It's a new person! Whee! :P)

I've been thinking of switching to washable cotton pads for some time now, but I don't know which brand is best, and they cost enough that I really don't want to find out by trial and error. I'm also somewhat large, and itty bitty pads don't work for me at all (I can't wear anything but longs if I want unstained underwear), so that's another concern.

Right now I'm looking at Glad Rags, Lunapads, and Pandora Pads. Do any of you use these? Are any of them especially good or bad?

(And why do none of these people bother telling us just how big these are, other than general mini/regular/long sizes?)

Any advice you could give would be appreciated. ^_^
