Postmenstrual syndrome, anyone?

Does anyone else here get an annoying burst of hormones after their period for a few days? I've never had mood swings prior to monthly bastard like the ones following.

And my fothermucker just showed up today. Hopefully that means I'll be in the mellow transitionary period for the Flogging Molly concert this Friday. Always count on your friend to appear when you're looking forward to something. Sniffsniff.

silly me... every month i know what day my period is supposed to arrive, and every month i hope that itll be late. and every month i am disappointed. i think i should have learned better by now ::amused::

on another note:
has anyone else ever wondered how women in nudist communities deal with their period? i suppose youd get used to it, but it seems like it would be a little... aggravating?

This isn't a real serious question, but I was just wondering, does anyone else notice they... um... -get some- right before their period starts? I live with my best friend/ex/occasional bed buddy, and he gets rather amorous about once a month, and starts getting real touchy feely, and cuddly right before my period. I never really know when it's coming, cuz I don't keep track, but it never fails that if we -do- anything, the NEXT day, or within two days, my period starts.
Now, I don't know if he's sensing something, and doesn't realize it, such as a change in my pheremones, or if hooking up with him brings my period on.
Does anyone else experience this? I was just wondering if I'm seeing a coincidence as something more, or if it's normal.
