Dearest Hormonal Imbalance-

Please stop the constant violent mood swings. Nine weeks a year of random insanity was already more than enough to ask those around us to put up with. People have been tolerant thus far, but patience is wearing thin.

The uterus kindly requests that you stop sending mixed signals. She doesn't know what's she supposed to be doing right now and has resorted to random spotting. This is hard on the nerves, not to mention the wardrobe.

While we're at it, enough with the acne already. We're not 16 anymore, and we have a hard enough time convincing people of our true age without your help. An occasional pimple is fine, but the constant, full body break-outs have got to go.

I know the Plan B has confused you horribly, but it's been over a month now. Please stop sulking and get with the program.

Many thanks,
The Management

I got a new computer a while ago because my old died and I had a website that I tracked my period on online. Does anybody have an idea what the name if it is? I tried to google it but can't remember what it was called. Btw, it's not the one in the memories.

I've heard that the bleeding during the inactive week of the Pill (or other hormonal birth control, I guess) isn't "real" menstruation. Not real in what sense? And if you happen to ovulate the odd cycle while on the Pill (I guess from your own body's hormones coming through stronger), how does such a cycle compare to an ordinary cycle? If you were monitoring for ovulation, would you observe the same signs? Would it still occur roughly 14 days before your body expected you to start bleeding?

I suppose innadvertanly missing Pills or taking them late and bringing on ovulation is a different story in terms of timing...
