I found this article in Time Magazine and thought it very informative. I especially like what they had to say about sex and PMS cramps *wink* What do you girls think of it?

ok my period is usually right on track give a week or two (ive only had my period for like 2 years so its still a little irregular) but i havent had it since october.......now i feel the lower back pain, im breaking out like crazy(always happens right before i get it) my body aches, im bitchy.....everything,..usually when this happens it means its like a day or two away from me getting my period......so why has my body been like this for about a week? im a virgin so theres no way im pregnant.....could it be stress.......and is there anyway of makeing myself get my period? at least any safe way....i just want to get ride of this feeling get my period and be done with it!......help!

Anyway
I have a quick question...
I usually dont count the days in between my periods...
so I really have no clue when Im supposed to start.
I started last month on Christmas (25th) and ended the night of the 29th..
sometimes my period is weird..like itll give or takea few days in the days between each period...i dont know.. lol

So does anyone have a general idea of when i might stsrt??
