My name is Chenel, I'm seventeen years old, and I'm new to the community.

Normally I get my period every month at the end of the month. Ok. So I had it this past August and it lasted from the 22nd to the 28th, I think. Anyways, when I started my period last month, I also started taking my first packet ever of birth control. Everything went fine that month no problem. Now today I was in the bathroom and noticed that I had my period again! I don't even know what because I just got off of it a few days ago. I was thinking either these two things: (a) it could be the effects of the birth control or (b) something could be going on down there because of the fact that me and my boyfriend didn't use a condom a few times because we didn't have them, and I'm on birth control anyways, AND he pulled out. And we do have sex more often than others....

So my question is, why do you think I'm getting my period so early??
