Right, so- I'm starting on the Pill the first Sunday of my period. I'm rather looking forward to it, as a lack of cramps/nausea/mood swings will make me a happy girl. ...
Which of course means I've had cramps for four days and no bleeding.
Well, I've tried parsley tea and deep relaxation. It's been over a month since my last. The conditions are all right, so... why's it delayed? How can I help encourage it more? Any feedback will be appreciated, I think I may be close to ripping out my ovaries with a spoon. Wait, no.

i've heard people say excercise, masturbation, mental focus, or any of a number of other things can bring it on...

i find that when i start ignoring it it finds a way to surprise me (or did when i wasn't on the pill).. not always pleasant but, hey, murphy's law... and it got things going..

Hope you don't have any spoons lying around...

:OZ Sounds painful...
I don't know of any ways to "encourage" your period. I know stress and diet and overall health can affect it, but I think it may differ from person to person. Just be patient and don't worry about it.

I don't want to berate the pill, but although I have less intense cramps and I love the regularity of knowing my cycle within a few hours, I notice that I have more mood swings now. Hope things go well with you!

I've heard, actually, that LSD will start your period for you... but this probably isn't something you want to try! ^_^
