... I'm curious - what is the difference between The Keeper and Instead (beyond pure aesthetics), or just using a diaphragm for the same pupose, for that matter?

I tried that a few times, but it didn't hold much unless I was fairly sedentary, and didn't sneeze.

Instead, I think, is meant to be single-use. The Keeper is forever. :)
