Gah. The heaviest day of my period. I hate how the cramping of my uterus affects my bowels and makes me have to poo all the damn time. And that's something no one talks about, either - I thought I was a freak of nature for the longest time.

Off to take some Imodium and put my feet up and generally whine.

It doesn't happen to me now so much because I'm on birth control. Before I went on birth control I'd spend a while in the bathroom a day or two before I actually started my period.

It SUCKED, but I was told by my gyno that it's a normal PMS symptom.
