The slightest thing can make me up to 10 days late, such as having a cold, not sleeping well etc. (I think my record for being late was 23 days, which really is almost like missing one).
My cycle is long at around 33-40 days, which annoys me, because I'm usually afflicted with PMS for almost 2 weeks. And of course, when I'm late the PMS drags on and on...
(I wouldn't mind if the PMS would be late too, but that doesn't happen).

I think something goes on in my body that delays the onset of menstruation, because I seem to ovulate regularly, and have pms at around the same time each month, it's just the bleeding that takes it's time coming.

I'm in PMS mode now but not at full force yet LOL, my period's due in about 10 or 12 days.
Anyone know any ways to reduce menstrual cycle length besides the pill? (and white underwear hehe)

i've posted this before, but i can't find the exact post, so you'll have to make do with a shortened version. take about one tablespoon of parsely leaves (the kind you'd find in the store spice aisle) and use either a tea strainer or put them in a mug full of hot but *not boiling* water. let it steep some 5 minutes, then drink it. You can add honey, lemon, and/or milk to make it taste better. drink three cups of this a day until you start bleeding. i've never had to do it for more than a day and a half.

Yes, just get the dried parsely flakes from the grocery store. That's what I've used. The main thing is to make sure the water is hot but not boiling. From what I've read, the stuff in the parsely you want boils off, so if the water is boiling it doesn't do you any good. I don't think you'd want to use fresh parsely anyhow.
