birth control side effects question
Jan. 3rd, 2002 12:20 amHey all --
I've posted here before, and it seems everyone is very helpful, so I'll try at it again.
Okay, I've been on birth control for three months now. I really had no serious side effects at all, and things seemed to be going smoothly. But at the very end of my third cycle and now (three days into my fourth cycle) I've been having almost non-stop intense painful headaches. They just won't leave me alone.
Now I've heard that birth control can cause some serious headaches, but I thought the side effects usually appeared in those first three cycles. Is it normal or usual for side effects to appear later into using it?
If so, can the headaches ease with a different birth control? Or might I have to go off it entirely.
Any help would be so very VERY appreciated because I am really in a bad state right now..
Thanks!
