ok...
i usually get my period early..from a day, two days, 3 days, 5 days, 9 days once...and today is the 28th day...and still nothing..
now i'm writing exams now..so it could be stress...because i've had my period for 4 months now since i last had sex (which was always protected sex...condom and pulled out early with condom)
so i cant really be pregnant i dont think..i mean i still have all day to get it..but its just odd....but someone told me it could be stress from my "almost car accident" i just had...bad encounter with a guy following me..and now exams and all in my last year of school......
im not on the pill but once i get my period i'm supposed to start on some....so...
just wondering..should i be worried?

sounds like stress to me. same type of thing happened to me. the more you worry the harder it will be for it to come. just try to relax and i bet you will be seeing red before you know it ;-)

Sounds like you're stressed out. It doesn't take much stress to upset your cycle. You can always try parsley tea if you're pretty sure you're not pregnant. Throw a tablespoon of parsley flakes into a mug of hot, not boiling, water. Let it brew for 10 minutes. Drink three cups of tea a day and your period should come. I only drank two mugs worth and I was flowing like a river.

Oh, do flavor the tea with honey or lemon or sugar or SOMETHING. If your parsley flakes are a tad old you can toss in another tablespoon of flakes.

nope..
in fact, you should stop worrying about it ;)
irregular periods are actually quite a regular thing, particularly if you're stressing. and exams will certainly do that to ya!

If you're wanting to get your period in order to start taking the pill, you might consider asking your doc about Provera (*not* Depo-Provera). Provera is a pill that you take every day for 10 days (much like BC), and it seems to induce delayed periods. When I was younger I had it prescribed on two occasions (at the time I wasn't interested in getting on Birth Control) and it worked like a charm. My doc basically gave it to me for free, so it might be worth a look

I've often had delayed periods because of stress. Of course, I've had stress bring on my periods too, so I might just be odd. And not being on a 28-day cycle is not in any way abnormal.
