Ever try charcoal pills? They seem to soak up liquid, acid, and gas. BUT if you are on meds they might soak that up too, which would be a Bad Thing if you are on the pill or something.

And cramps? Im a baby. I take doans, the strongest muscle relaxants I can find otc. Im bad that way.
