just thought I'd mention that my mega long period finally stopped. woo hoo!

I'm going to have a pelvic exam, pap smear and all that malarky to make sure everythings ok in there anyway.

But I feel good now :)

I just started taking agnus castus, anyone here take that?

Here's a bit of info about it:

"Agnus Castus (Chasteberry) has the effect of stimulation and normalising pituitary gland functions, especially its progesterone function."

and

"It can not only ease, but with time, actually cure premenstrual syndrome which has been linked to abnormally high levels of estrogen, especially if symptoms tend to disappear when menstruation begins"

Well if estrogen is your problem. . .thats the thing. You need to know the problem to get the right solution.

I wish there was more info on the pituitary gland there. I do have a microadenoma on my pituitary gland, but without it being more specific about what it does, taking it could worsen the condition instead of making it better, you know?

it's good I would reccomend it but it makes the pill less effective. It also helps make you more fertile. beware.
