Question: Anyone ever had like a...pseudo period? I'm a bit concerned because towards the middle of last month I had some brown clumps, like I normally do during the last few days of my period, but with no blood or cramps before it. I know I should mention this when I go to the gynecologist, but anybody know if this is extremely abnormal?

by "middle of the month" do you mean the middle of your cycle? if so, it's probably just light spotting at ovulation... relatively common, especially if you're on b/c pills. next time you go in, if it bothers you, might as well mention it--or, if that's what happened instead of a period and continues to be the pattern, it might be worth bringing up. otherwise, i've seen plenty of posts in here about having light and/or brownish menstrual flow occasionally, due to anything from stress to being sick to nothing at all.. unless you have other signs there's something going on, i wouldn't be too upset about it. (if it bothers you tho--then it's worth getting checked out just for your peace of mind. you know your body best.)
