so to all of you ladies who have successfully used parsley tea to stimulate menses in the past: do you stop drinking the tea once you've begun bleeding, or keep drinking it for a day or so to "make sure" your body got the message? it's been about a day, day and a half or so and i'm getting some light spotting which i hope will turn into full-blown period soon *fingerscrossed*... so when it does i'm thinking of giving the tea another day or so, just to be sure my bod got the message...

what's worked best in your experience? thanks! :)

I usually only drink one cup past the time that I start really bleeding. Once it's gotten going, it won't stop.

I drank one cup of it at night. In the morning there was nothing so I drank another cup. I went to work and during lunch made another cup. Before drinking it, I headed to the bathroom and there were brown clops. I drank the cup down and by afternoon it was bright red and flowing well. I didnt' drink any more.
