Yea I know if I think it is that odd I should be asking the dr this and not you guys, right? But I hate doctors they are so prescription happy.

So a week and a half a go the lower part of my back started hurting me and i thought that was from my cold three days later my back was still hurting me and i had pain in my lower right part of my tummy/abdomenom but i don't feel the urge to use the restroom any more than usual. Two days go by and i drink a lot of water and no more pain. I'm not sure if thats a UTI or not i'm confused about what that is exactly and bladder infection- sam ething? diff thing completely? diff thing with similar symptoms? Then today 10 days after my last normal period I'm spotting-dunno if that is the word for it since i've never spotted before- its a not a few spots worth its a tissue wipe worth. and yea it's brownish. Any idea? Like wait a week? or hit the dr now?

Oh and I NEVER spot. Never have my entire life. Either it was my period or I didn't hear from him. you know?

um.
lower right side could actually be your appendix. and i don't recommend home appendectomies, so you might wanna at least call a nurse at your dr's office and see what s/he has to say.
just a thought.

could be a kidney infection. i know some women who don't feel general UTI symptoms, but then get kidney infections. i've heard kidney infections related to lower back problems.

either way, it's kind of suspicious. call an advice nurse if you can, maybe it's nothing, but it's better to check.

Have you taken a pregnancy test?

If not, I think you should. Some of the symptoms you've described could be indicative of an ectopic pregnancy. Please, take a test. Actually, I would rather suggest that you call your physician's office and ask them to draw a beta-quant. This isn't something to fool around with. Of course, if you haven't been sexually active... it's not an ectopic. But if you have had sex (even protected), call your doctor. *good luck*

You're welcome. Be sure your doctor runs a "beta-quant" and not a "beta-qual". Because, if you are pregnant, knowing your exact HcG count becomes an important piece of information.
