man. it came on with a vengeance.
but the signs weren't quite as obvious this time!
the advice i got from someone on here that excess sodium (as in carbonated beverages) can contribute to bloating was dead on-- i used to drink soda about thrice daily, and i bloated horribly. so i reduced my intake to about once-weekly, and drank a lot of water, and i didn't bloat at all.
i think the water-drinking may have helped my usual monthly breakout, too.
and i started exercising twice a week, and i didn't feel nearly as depressed as i usuall get.
so the only real signs were sore boobs, itchy nipples, and cramps the day i got it! MUCH better! i fit my pants, my skin stayed fairly normal, and i didn't want to kill myself half the month!

I wish it was that easy for me. I can't go without sugar or soda without getting weak, lightheaded and moody. Excersise only seemed to make my depression worse, but that has underlying factors, and it also didnt help my cramps :(

Congrats! I think less caffeine helps me too, so that may be party of what the reduced soda was doing. I hope it continues to be better than usual. :)
