Feb. 13th, 2002 06:37 pmIf this has already been discussed in full ahead of time, I'm sorry...
It was mentioned before that Chastetree Berry is
a good hormone stabilizer/PMS fighter... and I plan to try it out since I just started a cycle. BUT, can you use it long term? And do I have to take additional Vitamin B pills to cover its effectiveness of will the Vitamin B in my diet be okay? With all the research I've done, it says its very effective when used with a lot of Vitamin B.
Also, wouldn't Dong Quai be even better to stop PMS? (Quick background: I get severe depression a week before my period and my moods fly out of control which often damages relationships and my own health.) It is naturally rich in vitamins AND you can use it for a prolong time period.
I only want to do one or other... I don't want to bog myself down with herbs or I'll go emotionally and physically crazy.
Thanks in advance!
