I don't know if I'm really supposed to ask questions, but maybe someone can .. answer this question..


Everytime I'm about to go on My period My nipples hurt really bad (I think that's normal) but I never really looked at them until today, When I looked they had little white bubbles on the top of them I kept MY shirt up for a bit, and they went away and just turned red.. Maybe it's My shirt? I don't know cause when My shirt is off there's still red bubbles.. Ehh.. Is this normal? I think I'm a little too worried.

your breasts will swell during your cycle, and that could cause the top of the nipple to turn white a bit... mine does. Next time you're at your dr, ask, and then you will know for sure.

Yeah, I know it's normal for them to swell but yeah the bumps look like blisters. I forgot to mention that...

Are they tiny little white spots that look like they are coming out of the nipples or are they big dome-shaped and rest _on top of_ the nipples rather than coming out? The former is not unusual. The latter...I think I would get it checked out. Do they itch or burn in any way?

They are somewhat big (for the size of My nipple) And Yes They burn. And sometimes itch.

i think i have white heads on my nipples.
(oh, god, that's embarrassing)
but, i can actually sort of pop them, and they seem to be all my nipples are made up of. i never noticed this until recently, but now, i'm sort of preoccupied with it.

I have that situation in the areolas of my nipples. It has never been a problem for me... sometimes one gets irritated, so I have to treat it with bacitracin or whatever, but that's all... nursed my last baby with no problem, but did notice that after feedings the white-heads were more noticable and I popped more of them at that time.
