mrr....i hate cramps..

new here, but been lurking awhile.

just started last night, so im in the dire-pain-i-don't-want-to-move-very-glad-they-gave-me-today-off-work stage. plus the stage where i cant eat cos i feel like i'm about to throw up all the time. if i didnt have so much to do, i'd put on a nice cd and just lie in bed until thursday.

anyone have any suggestions for a makeshift heating pad? my sister drags the one we have in the house off to her room and hides it all the time, and goes *ballistic* if anyone sets foot within 2 feet of her room. i mighht have a corn or rice bag around here somewhere, but what are some other ideas?

you could try microwaving a damn cloth... some soft ice packs can be made warm, too... read the thingy, though... don't go blowing things up...
