i have been kind of crampy and feeling poopy all day. & i think ive been spotting a little too. i dont get it - i have been religious about taking my pills, and my period's not due for a week, and im never early while on the pill. i dont get it and i dont want to feel poopy like this.
in my climbing class i felt crampy and yucky all hour and it was horrible. im sick of it. blah..

... are you ovulating? i've been on the pill for a few months and just recently started spotting around ovulation, which is not uncommon; plus you can get a few hours of cramps around then (mittelschmertzen).... if so, that could be it. either way, hope you feel better!

i dont know... im on the 3rd week of actives. this has never happened before and its just kind of weird.
the whole family i babysit for is sick with a fever/headache/acheyflu sort of thing.. maybe this is just my body's version :-x

this is a really weird occurence for me, i have *never* had spotting before.... & i wouldnt mind if it was *just* spotting but i hate this crampy feeling :o(
