ok, so this is my 4th month using the keeper and I still don't seem to have figured out how to put it in such that it doesn't leak when I am lying down. I will go to bed and 2-3 hours later I will wake up and find blood on my thighs (yes, I seem to have developed a reflex to wake up when my thighs are damp but not always soon enough to save my bedsheets. fortunately they are dark-red) and I go to empty it and it will be less than halfway full. This is pissing me off, I am not getting a good night's sleep. I don't have this problem during the day. Any ideas what I am doing wrong? Maybe my cunt is just the wrong shape for the stupid thing.

I haven't used the Keeper, but I've used Instead, and found that it doesn't work well for me while lying down. I haven't experienced major leakage only because it tends to be uncomfortable enough that I end up doing something about it before it gets to that point. I don't know if this is because I'm doing something wrong, or if it's just the way I'm built, but my answer is to use something else at night.

What is the 'keeper' and 'Instead'?

I always have a little leakage with the keeper, but I eliminated most of it by making sure the outside of the keeper was thoroughly wet before inserting it....forms a better seal.

If you've been doing that, maybe you need the larger one...?
