Last night I told my sweetie, as I had a light-start period, "I think I've grown out of cramps with age!"

There are cramps now, moderately painful sharp cramps on the surface, with some sort of subsonic (sub-crampic?) wave underneath that making me nauseated. And the headache. Ow. Ick.

I can take naproxen in half an hour, and will.
