has anyone had any experience with Triquilar 28?
i just started it today... it's the first time i've ever been on a birth control pill, so i'm not sure what to expect, especially from this brand.


man, i'm totally looking forward to having less cramps... i could hardly walk today because they were so bad :| *sigh*

never been on that kind; i was on Desogen for a few months and then on Ortho-try-cyclen from then till now (about a year and a half, maybe longer). The main thing for me was to remember to take them at around the same time every day--some kinds have about a 2-hour window on each side where you're still at the "optimum" birth control level, some kinds have even less. Other than that, I had some nausea for the first couple months but it went away... also, a thing to keep in mind is that the different brands are formulated different ways. If a kind you're taking doens't seem to help you and/or gives you nasty side effects, by all means ask your doctor about switching brands. It may take a time or two to find one that works right with you. Goodluck!

it's only been a couple days so far so i guess i can't really tell yet, but i'll remember to look for side effects.
