They try to get out.

I have to go swimming tonight and I've been wrestling with the smallest tampon I can find; it just wants to get out. And while it's in I feel nauseous, only lower in my belly than nausea usually is. I'm trying to hold it in with whattycallems, Kegel exercises.

Wish me luck.

If a tampon makes you feel sick that might be a signal that you should use a different kind... ow.

if you are having problems keeping a tampon in you should use a larger one, especially if you are going to be moving around a lot. Are you putting them in correctly? I know that sounds really stupid, but I had a friend who would barely put it up inside of her, and she said it felt like it was going to fall out, and when she moved it felt really odd. Obout the feeling sick, the same thing happens to me, but the more I use them the less i feel it.
