Anyone have information/ directions on how to properly do Kegel excersizes, or a link to such info?
I've been hearing a lot about them lately, so...

I popped "kegel exercises" into the form at google.com and got a huge number of hits. Have you tried any search engines? Do kegel exercises or strong vaginal muscles affect cramps or anything like that? (always looking for something to reduce cramps!)

The best "instruction" I ever got for kegels was the simplest.

Sit down to pee. While you're peeing, work on starting and stopping the flow using your muscles. Pinch it off, let it go. Pinch it off, let it go.

Those are kegels.

And the best cramp reduction device I know of is a fingertip, or perhaps a Pocket Rocket. Orgasm is a dream drug. On the other hand, it's hard to accomplish at work.

I can't say that I've got a link or proper instructions...but as far as I know, it requires contracting your vaginal muscles. Just tighten and hold for a few seconds, release...and so on. This is supposed to help aid in restoring original muscle condition after childbirth, as well. I have also heard that strengthening the vaginal muscles using this technique can aid in lessening cramping, and stronger orgasm.
