I am so annoyed.

I went to the Dr yesterday, for my "health assessment" aka yearly pap.

No big deal, right? Wrong.

It hurt when they removed the speculum. I commented, they apologized.

I go home, and end up falling asleep while reading. I get up last night, and go to the bathroom, and find a few spots of blood in my panties. Basically, I'm bleeding as though it is the last day of my period, when you can get away with nothing more than panty liners, and I'm cramping.

Should I call the Dr about this? Or ignore it? I've been getting paps done every year for almost 5 years now, and this has never happened to me before.

The speculum might have scraped you which would cause the spotting but it should clear up soon. You should notify your doctor regardless, as a just-in-case measure, but it's possible that it's nothing to worry about.
