UGH!

Hey! I'm new...so I figured I should say hi. :) I'm 20, I live in Seattle, and I'm totally suffering from hardcore PMS right now. Last night I cried to my boyfriend (he's in Japan) on the phone for about an hour, totally sobbing, because I haven't gone shopping since December. It was sad...very, very sad. And today I haven't been able to stop eating, despite the fact that I'm TOTALLY not hungry. Does that happen to anybody else?

mm oh yes... and I'll just eat and eat :\ plus on the crying... when I'm PMSing I'll only cry about irellevant things, but heh, I have the scariest up and downs.. :\

yes girll...completely normal...eat up and enjoy...its like an alien takes over my body..you got the rest of the month to stay on top of things...i try supplements, exercise, and good healthy/healing food throughout the month, and this seems to cut down on my pms...
