Mar. 24th, 2002 04:05 pmI've been hearing a lot lately about "natural sea sponges" for use in menstruation, so I did a bit of research. I had never heard of these before joining this community.
I've seen pictures of them, read the care and use instructions, etc., but I'd like to hear personal experiences in using them.
They seem like they'd be easy to use, and money-saving...not to mention environmentally sound...but again, any personal experiences using them?
Thanks in advance!

I guess 2 of my main concerns, though...are leakage and cramping. Every 2-3 months I have an incredibly painful period, and it seems that the tampons do nothing but make it worse...
