vegetarian/vegan question
Mar. 25th, 2002 08:21 amI've been reading some random health information, and some of what I've come across seems to imply that a vegetarian and healthy (vs. the fast food french-fry vegetarian) diet will seriously improve pms symptoms, especially physical symptoms such as cramping. I'm not a vegetarian or vegan and that isn't an option for me at this time for reasons I won't go into here, but I'm curious - for those of you who stopped eating meat and other animal products, did you find this diet change reduced your cramps?
