I have tried it twice; the first time it worked nicely, the second time it did nothing. Go figure. My conclusion: it's worth a try, but don't bet the farm on it :)

Nope.
But I think my problem is more complicated than tea can handle. So, it may work for people who just need a little push. I, on the other hand, need a big shove.

i just read in hygieia- a woman's herbal, by jeannine parvati, to stick a sprig of parsley IN your vagina. the author says that after doing that "within a few hours my womb was contracting passionately"

oerevours-what? ....Valerian and Catnip...

Valerian my friend!

Valerian root pills from the health food store. Take them for a week straight the week before you start your period.

I have gotten mine a few days after I started taking them in that (pre-period week)..

I also wanted to add, if you have bad pms (like I do, hehe), to try to avoid sugars. That includes juices (unless fresh squeezed). Eat lots of veggies, drink lots of spring water, and buy yourself some Catnip tea.

I've tried it only once and it worked perfectly.
