Guilt and nervousness

Do you ever get this strange worried feeling that you can't pin point to anything in particular at the start of your period?

I think its not a good time for me to interact too heavily with people. I can sort of understand the idea of going away from everyone for a bit.

I know just how you feel. I always say that I need to be "separated from the rest of the herd" during that time..especially PMS time.

I hate not knowing when it will be coming...it makes things so much more difficult, and it makes me very paranoid. Yes, I chart my cycle and such, but it's still irregular.

i get very jumpy around my period....also i really want to CLEAN stuff...the bathroom, kitchen, my room, my car....ANYTHING. EVERYTHING needs to be clean.

i get really jumpy and anxious right before my period. i feel so nervous for absolutely no reason, and it drives me crazy!

for me it's often a kind of darkness, fear or whatever. it feels overwhelming, things become *impossible* and two days later i'm bleeding. then i think, "oh! duh.". like every second or third month. when will i learn?
