I just got done doing the whole tampon thing. I screwed up the first one, but the second one is in there. I think I did it right..I can't feel it! Yeah buddy! I think I might like these things. I was shaking so badly though while doing it..

I think Midol plays with my head way, way too much..

i cant take midol anymore.. the caffiene in it would make me soooo shaky.. i recommend alieve. it works WONDERS for me, and i have HORRIBLE cramps :)

i'm allergic to ibuprofen. if i take it, i hallucinate. it's an odd allergic reaction, but sufficiently severe that my doctors sometimes fear prescribing other NSAIDs.

various forms of naproxen treat me fairly well. alleve is the commercially available form. you might try it. take it with plenty of water. it can make you a little nauseous, but that side effect is negligible during my period considering how nauseous cramps make me.

Am i the only one who doesn't get cramp relief?
I've tried midol, pamprin, aleeve, generic ibuprofen, tylenol, advil, and aspirin.
feh.
guess i'm just lucky like that ;)
