Jul. 15th, 2002 06:20 pmmy period is behaving very oddly today...
it usually lasts me about 6 or 7 days. last month it was only 5, but that's also the month i started using my keeper.
so i've been using it again this month, and everything was fine (though a little sore... it's still taking me a while to get used to removing it, since i'm rather small). yesturday (day 4) the blood was brown, not red anymore, so i figured that, like last month, it was ending earlier. woo.
but just now... i removed my keeper as usual, but while i'm sitting there i start bleeding bright red. really bright red, and it doesn't look like normal menstrual fluid, it just looks like regular blood.
should i be worried about this? i'm wondering if maybe i scratched myself inside with my fingernails or something (though they're not that long to begin with)? or if that problem with the keeper's stem poking into me has hurt me somehow? i don't know what's wrong. i shouldn't be bleeding like this :\ argg.
