I just had to brag a little bit about my man.
This morning I got up and we got ready to get in the shower. I was naked when all of a sudden I felt that goooshy feeling and the next thing I know blood was dripping on the floor and down my legs. I was expecting my period but had no warning for this little mess.
Anyway, my boyfriend comes the door and I explain what happened and he asks to come in. I reluctantly let him in and he sees the blood drops all over the floor. Then he tells me to get in the shower and wash myself off while HE cleans up the floor and tells me that he thinks the richness of the blood is beautiful.
I've never been able to be this open and comfortable with someone. looooove.

my boyfriend loves me to death, and will go buy me tampons and all that.. he kisses my tummy when i have cramps and stuff.. and i even made him read this story, and at first he was like '..oookay' and i thought he meant it as, eww.. and then i was like, sorry.. and hes like, 'whats the big deal? i've cleaned up blood before.' and he just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. he told me he would of done it too.. im DEFINATELY keeping him. i've never ever had a boyfriend before who would even TALK about periods, let alone clean them up

That's really nice :) I'm not jealous though- my boyfriend's just the same! Having read other people's comments, i'm thinking that maybe males are becoming more open minded and accepting maybe? It's certainly very nice when your partner's so caring.
