well, I didn't know when I'd be here, but I caught it last night when it just started, so here I am. I love working with cramps, it's a pleasant experience. no, I don't take anything because anything I'd ingest would take 2 or three fucking hours to work and then it would be almost time to take another. so I don't bother. does anyone know is those therma-care patches work? they're on sale for 5.99 where I work (so it would be less than that for me) but you only get three of them, so is it worth it? and how long do they last?

i know they last for 8hrs and can be used while asleep. i would imagine its like a regular heating pad. I have one that i got with a box of tamons. (yeah tampax!) but i havnt had cramps to try it with. makes me kinda sad and happy at the same time though.
