How to stop the flow

I am on my period. I don't want to be. Saturday my boyfriend and I are catsitting at my sister's empty house, and want to be free to *enjoy* ourselves. We are not menstrual sex lovers. I started my period last Sunday, before I had taken my placebo pill. (Oh yeah, I am on ortho-tricyclen) Can I start taking the hormone pills, and will that help? Or does anyone know of a homre remedy that speeds up the process of emptying out my uterus? Thanks bunches. ~Melissa

How long is your period usually? If it started on Sunday, might it be done by Saturday, anyway, or at least down to very light spotting?

If you want to help move things along, try making a parsley infusion (steep plenty of fresh parsley in hot water) and drink around three cups a day. It worked for me, anyway.
