I've got a question:
Anyone know some possible reasons why I would experience severe lower abdomenal/uterine pain after sex? I'm also having some intense pain in my lower right abdomen.:\ We're talking 'bring-you-to-your-knees' kind of pain. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

Please go get checked out by a doc!

Those are symptoms of PID (Pelvic Inflmatory Disease)

If that's not what is causing it, then the doc can at least rule it out.

If there is a Planned Parenthood in your area they can treat you too.

I went to the hospital not long after posting my message - It's a golf-ball sized ovarian cyst.:\
With a bag full of prescriptions, I'm home now and resting.:)

I would have to agree go get checked to see about a pelvic infection. Let me just say they are not fun I had one back in May. They can be caused by many things such as an STD, or from Tampons. I had many of the same symptoms you did. So be prepared for a shot in the hip.

No shot in the hip - It was an ovarian cyst.:\
