I'm having awful cramps right now.
I feel so sick, like my whole tummy is on fire.
My lower back aches and I just feel like screaming.
I'm about to cry. Really.

Have a heating pad? Place a towel down, set the heating pad on low and lay on it, stomach down. The pressure and heat help the cramping a bit. And if you can stand it, turn up the heat.

Aside from that....I recommend a hot soak.
