Today is not a good day for the uterus...

I've had the "severe" cramps since a little before 6am this morning. There's nothing worse than being woken up by cramps...on day two when they're guaranteed to be stonger and a bigger pain in the arse.

So, I'm here at work...and there's just a little over two hours to go before I can head home...and I'm making like Midol is my best friend.

Not to mention the headache from hell...

I forgot to mention this, so I'm adding it in now: Do any of you experience heavy urination before your period? All this past week, I've woken up in the middle of the night and I've had to pee so badly! This is unusual for me as I always make sure I use the bathroom before bed. Also, I hadn't been drinking much in the way of fluids last week so the extra night time urination is truly puzzling. Not to mention the off-and-on constipation during my period, but I usually get that so I'm not worried about it.

So, am I flipping my lid over the extra night time urination trips?

that happens to me too...i always pee before i go to bed at night, and hardly ever EVER feel the need to go again before i get up in the morning, but when i've got my period, i have to pee all the time, night OR day, regardless of fluid intake. maybe it's all that pressure or something...i don't really know. but anyway, yeah, i know what ya mean.
