Flow Concern

I've been visiting the hut for almost 14 years now (ack! More than half my life!) and this is only the first time this has happened. (well, not quite, the last day of my period a few months ago was also like this.)

I've always had a very clotty flow. I've been using my Keeper for 3 years now, and so have been able to keep much closer tabs on my flow, and it's all been clots. Even when I was still using pads, it was clots.

This month, it's liquid. Real liquid, no clots, no nothing. It's freaking me right out.

Is this normal, or should I get it checked out? (I have my annual physical next week, so it's very feasible to check it out.)

my flow consistity varies with how hydrated my body is... Have you been drinking more fluids lately?

I stay pretty consistently hydrated, so I don't think it's that.
