Sep. 7th, 2002 04:18 pmuggh. my emotional instability during my period seems to be getting worse and worse with every passing month. i lash out at people, i cry ALL DAY, i push people away from me, i take things way too personally and get pissed off at every little thing...
it never used to be like this. it kinda scares me.
is there anything i can do to calm the monster?? i do yoga and take baths and practice relaxation techniques, but it doesn't seem to be helping much.i don't like being like this, and it's causing problems between my boyfriend and i... :\
*sigh*

do you exercise? how's your diet?
it's really an individual case by case thing but reading your post, I relate so well that it's a little scary. with me, it was a mild case of depression that turned intense (life threatening to me and those around me) the week before my period. but I found that realizing it was depression and that was okay and then tuning my lifestyle cut down on the craziness.

thanks :)
