I've been using progesterone cream for the last several months, it has been very good so far, my periods have been more regular, PMS has been less severe (but not completley gone, I still get crazy at times, usually when I've forgoten to apply the cream) and my periods have been so much less painful that I kept my IUD even though I had got myself a diaphragm and was all ready to have the IUD removed (so I now have a spare diaphragm heh).

I've been applying the cream from just after ovulation until the onset of menstruation, but also applying the cream directly on the abdomen can help with menstrual cramps.

If anyone is interested, do a search on google for progesterone cream and you should find plenty for sale. I managed to some with natural animal friendly ingredients etc. (I forget the name but it should be easy to find plenty like it).
