Do I have to actually take the placebo pills in my b/c pack? Aren't the placebo pills just there so I create a routine?

Yeah, they're just there for the routine pace. No, you don't have to take them.

You don't have to take them, they are just sugar based pills I believe. I used to take the 28 pack b/c when I was younger and had a problem with the routine of taking them everyday. Now that I have it down to an art I take the 21 pack, doesn't even have the placebo's, I just don't take anything that week :)

I never take the "greenies." They're just placebos to keep you used to taking a pill every day.

It actually depends on your pill and why you are taking it. I am on Mircette and i actually DO have to take my placebos because they contain a little bit of estrogen in them to prevent breakthrough bleeding.

Sometimes the placebos contain Iron, which is not a bad idea to take when you are bleeding
