It's interesting, but it worries me becuase it uses phrases like "days you can't get pregnant" or "days you're very unlikely to become pregnant." You *can* get pregnant on any day of your cycle, including when you're menstruating. It's less likely, but not nearly as rare as it would be if another form of birth control was used properly. Just being pedantic.. .*grin* ...
This seems like a great tool. I've never been able to tolerate the pill, so my husband and I used this sympto-thermal method, and eventually I just stopped taking my temp & just counted days while checking for fertile/infertile mucus. We used this method sucessfully for over four years & now he's got a vasectomy, so the worries are over. I'd recommend this method -- (counting plus temp and mucus/cervix checks) to anyone in a serious relationship who has a partner that will help & who's comfortable with learning about her body's signs, etc.
