Migraine Hell

Does anyone who takes/took Ortho-Cyclen get migraines frequently? I do, between one and four or five times per week. I have been getting them constantly since July and I've been taking Ortho-Cyclen since May, I believe. I take Esgic for my migraines, but it lessens the effects of the Ortho-Cyclen. If it's an effect from the BC then I may switch, so anyone with a common experience, please share.

I'm on Ortho-Cyclen as well. I have migranes too -- but I've had them since I was in 3rd grade. They haven't gotten any worse, and I've been on Ortho-Cyclen for almost a year now.

I have only been on Ortho-Cyclen for 3 days, so I can't really relate (no headaches). As I've read in here before and from my personal experience with a previous type of BC pill (I've been on two other kinds in the past year and a half I've taken them), you should definitely find a different one. Migraines could be a sign of trouble. Just talk to your doc and see what else he/she can give you instead.

i was on orthocyclen for somewhere between 2-3 years this past round, and iw as on it for awhile before that also
ive never had migraines or any headaches worse than what i get when im not on the pill...
