i'm the one with the ginger tea and wheat pack in the corner, i feel much more womanlike now that the naproxen sodium is kicking in

its like a hot water bottle, but its a bag filled with wheat (or something heh) you heat it up in the microwave. i think i just got mine at a chemist. :)
it's my friend :) and it smells yummy too
