So there's a hazard with Instead cups. Without the string to remind me, I can forget they're there. I pulled one out today after about 8 hours and it was way full. I've never had blood stains all over the *back* of my underpants before!

oh dear! that could be... inconvenient.
i haven't used Instead, but i ordered a Keeper a couple of months ago. have only used it a couple of times during one cycle, but was always totally paranoid about it overflowing - i was wanting to check it every half an hour! i'm sure at some point i'll get really comfortable with it and forget, but that's a ways down the road yet :-)
